COTTON ROSSER MONUMENT

Dedication & Celebration

Join us at the unveiling and dedication of a bronze monument commemorating Cotton Rosser, The King of the Cowboys!

The larger-than-life-size bronze depicting Cotton on horseback tipping his hat, has been meticulously crafted by renowned Western sculptor Jeff Wolf, and serves as a testament to Cotton Rosser’s lifelong commitment to promoting Western heritage and traditions.

The dedication ceremony and celebration will take place on September 11, 2024, at 6 p.m. at Washington Square in his hometown of Marysville, CA, with distinguished guests, community leaders, and the public in attendance. The celebration will include featured speakers, performances, and unveiling of the monument with western flare, in true Rosser fashion, and will kick off the 90th Annual Marysville Stampede celebrations!
